The Motorola G5 Plus and the Motorola G5 are great smartphones and in fact, I have used the G5 Plus for quite some time.Recently Motorola headed by Lenovo launched a substantially small upgrade to the current Moto G5 and the Moto G5 Plus. These phones have been on the rumor radar for quite a while and it was high time that they unveiled it.They did unveil the phone in early August and today Motorola has launched the Moto G5S Plus & G5S. The Moto G5S Plus is highlighted to have a dual camera setup, front facing LED Flash and a 3000 mAh battery whereas the G5S, on the other hand, is highlighted to have Snapdragon 430.

The Motorola G5S Plus comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display with Corning’s gorilla glass protection.It gets power from the very famous Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 soc clocked at 2 GHz coupled with 4 GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.We have two Sim slots and a dedicated MicroSD card slot which help you expand your storage up to 128 GB. As far as the cameras go, it sports a dual 13-megapixel Camera Setup with depth sensing with a f/2.0 aperture and dual led flash.On the front, We get to see an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with led flash and a f/2.0 aperture wide angle lens.The phone will be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box and houses a 3000 mAh battery with support for turbo charging and a fingerprint scanner.
The Motorola G5S runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with a 5.2-inch full HD screen and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor clocked at 1.4 GHz coupled up with 4 GB of RAM.It comes with 32 GB onboard storage and an option to expand the storage.It also sports a single 16-megapixel camera to its back and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.Rest of the specs are the same as found on the G5S Plus.

Both the phones will be coming with support for 4G and JIO VoLTE.The Moto G5S Plus is priced at ₹.15999 for the 4 GB RAM + 64 GB internal storage variant and ₹.13999 for the G5S. Some of the launch offers to include extra ₹.1,000 off on exchanging an old Motorola smartphone and no cost EMI on all credit cards with Moto Sports headphones at ₹ 499.The Moto G5s Plus and Moto G5 comes with complete metal-unibody design build and it is available for sale in two color options Lunar Gray and Blush Gold.The sale starts from August 30th.
