The Samsung Galaxy S8 now seems a thing of the past after having read a few reports on Samsung’s next model flagship that’d launch in 2018, the predictable, Galaxy S9.
According to a Korean Site, The Investor, we got to know that Snapdragon 845 is reportedly the chip that’s going to be used in the Galaxy S9. The chip is to be manufactured either by TSMC or Samsung, both having 7-nano meter manufacturing processes ongoing, and is to be ready for production in the year 2018.
Also, this isn’t the first time we’re hearing about the Galaxy S9. Prior to the Galaxy S8 launch, a report surfaced online that claimed Samsung giving orders to work on a new screen. Also, the Galaxy S9’s development had already started before the Galaxy S8 launch itself as to give the phone a good time to and for Samsung to analyze the response from users using the Galaxy S8. Samsung is sure trying out its best to avoid situations that happened with the Note 7.
Although we do not know much about the reported Snapdragon 845 chip just yet, there are a few things we can infer from the past footprint patterns Snapdragon as left.
- Faster than the chip used in Galaxy S8 and S8+
Sure thing! Snapdragon has always improved speeds of their processors with every update. And pretty self-explanatory, it’s sure to do the same with the Snapdragon 845 if it becomes a reality.
- More power-efficient chips
This is one area where Snapdragon will need to put in a lot of extra work as improving speeds and reducing power consumption at the same time are things that are kinda tough to handle. Let’s see what Samsung does about this. Surely, the wait is gonna result in gold.
So these were a few things that we already know about the Galaxy S9. More to come up, soon.
SO GUYS THERE YOU GO WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT EARLY REPORTS ON SAMSUNG GALAXY S9 😀
THANKS FOR SCROLLING BYE !!!
