Samsung’s brand new smartphones, Samsung Galaxy J7 Max and Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro launched at an event in New Delhi today. Both the smartphones, for the first time ever, support Samsung Pay and Social Camera. The camera this time are of a wide aperture of f/1.7 which is amazing for stunning low-light photos.
Samsung Pay comes to India:
Bundled with the J7 Max and J7 Pro, Samsung finally announces the availability of Samsung Pay, here, in India. The Galaxy J7 Pro will feature the Samsung Pay while the Galaxy J7 Max smartphone, comes with Samsung Pay mini.
Using Samsung Pay, users can turn their phones into wallets, storing their cards. Now, Samsung Pay can also be linked with PayTm for the ease of payment. Apart from this, Samsung Pay Mini is to talk first on Galaxy J7 Max and then later, will be made available on selected existing J Series devices.
Social Camera- Edit, Share, Discover on spot:
Both the phone’s Samsung Galaxy J7 Max and J7 pro sport a 13MP front shooter with an aperture as wide as f/1.9 and the rear camera is a f/1.7 aperture. The camera design is a “Flatback” design on the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro. These wide aperture lenses (f/1.9 and f/1.7), enable us to take stunning low-light photographs.
The new Social Camera technology brings a lot of new features to the camera application of the Galaxy J7 devices. Now, you can directly share from hour camera screen by clicking on the contact bubbles. This makes it a lot faster to share images and video to social media. Apart from this, you can also apply live filters like Snapchat and Instagram. You now also have the access to edit your photos almost instantaneously right after you click them. No need of any third part editing apps as editing in the inbuilt camera application is not a lot more easy and intuitive to users. Samsung has also worked a lot on the augmented reality camera component for instant discovery of locations.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Max-
The display is a 5.7″ FHD TFT one and as said earlier, the camera – 13MP (Flash) + 13MP (Flash). Notice that there is flash on both front and back side of the device. The device then roars 4GB of RAM and 32 GB of Internal storage. The device is just 8.1mm thick. The device can hold juice up to 3,300mAh and the processor uses here is the 1.6Ghz Octa Mediatek Helio P20 chipset which is well known for gaming. Connectivity wise, it is 4G enabled and uses cat4 technology. This device is priced at Rs. 17,900/-.This device will be available from 20th of June
Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro-
About the J7 Pro, the display is – 5.5″ FHD sAMOLED display. The camera is 13MP front and back with flash. It’s then buffed with 3GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The device is as slim as 7.88mm. Battery capacity stretches up to 3,600mAh and the processor at work here is the 1.6Ghz Octa Exynos 7870 chipset. Connectivity is 4G Cat6 technology. It is priced at Rs. 20,900/-.J7 Pro will be available from Mid July.
The best thing about these two devices is that both of them ship with Android Nougat pre-installed, and both of them are available in two color options, gold and black and both look great. The also come at a very competitive price tag.
