Android tablets are getting replaced by phones with bigger sized smartphones coming up and becoming the new trend.They are dead now and the only tablets which are not dead are the iPad’s. Still, Samsung took the risk of releasing another tablet at MWC 2017, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. kicking off with the specifications, it has a 9.7-inch QXGA (2048×1536) Super AMOLED display, powering it is the Snapdragon 820 clocked at 2.15ghz and 1.6ghz.It has 4 GB of RAM with 32 GB of Internal storage and it also is expandable up to 256 GB via MicroSD card.
It sports a 13-megapixel rear shooter with a F/1.9 aperture and LED flash along with a 5-megapixel selfie camera with a F/2.2 aperture.Tab S3 has support for 4G as well as Bluetooth v4.2. It has a USB Type-C port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
It houses a 6000 mAh battery and weighs about 429 grams for the WiFi only variant and 434 grams for the 4G variant. It comes with Android 7.0 nougat out of the box and also has a fingerprint scanner built into the home button.

It is priced at ₹.47,990 for the 4G variant.However, the WiFi only variant hasn’t been brought to the country. It will be available in a full black or silver color variants.
They have also launched some accessories like the book cover priced at ₹.2,999 and the keyboard cover ₹.8,499 INR. It is very surprising to see that the S pen will be bundled in the box itself.They have also partnered with Reliance Jio to provide 56 GB per month at ₹.309 which is valid until 31 December 2017.The company is also offering a screen replacement offer at 990 for all tablets bought before 31 July and 12 months from purchase.

They have been highlighting the inclusion of S pen in the box and a new glass design along with support for HDR video playback and it is also coming with a quad speaker setup tuned by AKG.
In my opinion it doesnt look that impressive and I highly doubts how many people are going to buy this. Especially at this price.The newly launched iPad Pro offer much better specs and performance in a slightly cheaper package.
