Sony goes official at CES 2018 event unveiled their upcoming mid-tier smartphones Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra, while they have also launched an entry-level Smartphone called Xperia L2 model into the market. Let’s see what features and new advancements are introduced in Sony latest Xperia XA2 and XA2 ultra models.
Sony Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra
Before talking about the Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra models configurations there are only a few aspects differ in both devices, so both two models come with same configurations except for the display, storage, and battery performance features.
The all new Xperia XA2 comes with a smooth 5.2inches Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels and the XA2 Ultra models sports a 6-inches Full HD display. Talking about the XA series design features, Sony maintained their well-known rectangle design and so they didn’t want to give much change in XA-series mobile phones, moreover, there is no 18:9 display which is quite disappointing. However Sony added some cool extra hardware upgrades to XA series models such as a new dedicated place for a fingerprint sensor, so it’ll be no longer embedded in the mobile power button.
There’s also yet another surprising hardware change in XA series mobiles, the all-new XA2 and XA2 Ultra smartphones powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor replacing the Mediatek Helio P20 chipset which has been used in Sony last year models. So we hope this switch between Mediatek to Snapdragon may bring good sales and customer attractions throughout the world Smartphone market.
