Huawei has been in the news more than anyone would expect it to be. The company has been trying to enter into the international markets and mostly into the US markets. The Huawei Mate 10 was the entry ticket for the company and they have won many hearts with the A.I. Technology. Huawei is preparing to launch the P20, P20 Plus and the P20 Lite in Paris on March 27th. Huawei was all set to launch 3 smartphones which were code-named Emily, Charlotte, and Anne, we suppose it’s the three smartphones we’ve mentioned above.
Both the device has been certified by TENAA, Chinese certification site, although, both the images and specs of the alleged P20 and P20 Plus is missing in action. The devices were modeled: EML-AL00, CLT-Al00 and ATU-AL10. According to TENAA, all the device mentioned will have support for LTE.
The Huawei P20 and P20 Plus are expected to look same although, the latter will be of course larger in size and hence the ‘+’ sign. The Huawei P20 Plus will sport an OLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio with thinner bezels and rounded corners and most probably an iPhone X like ‘notch’.
Also, according to source @FunkyHuawei firmware which was leaked, it indicates towards an always-on-display, these features were previously found on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices. The always-on-display option can be found under settings and helps the users to check the time and date by just tilting the device. This points out towards an OLED display.
Under The Hood:
Both the devices are expected to be powered by Huawei’s Kirin 970 64-bit octa-core processors. The P20 Plus will most likely pack in a massive 4,000mAh battery and the P20 will have a 3,320mAh battery. As for the software, the Huawei P20 will run on the Android 8.1 Oreo on top of EMUI.
