The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has recently put out news on their official Weibo accounts about the two devices that are next for launch. The company is set to launch the next generation Mi Pad 4 and the Redmi 6 Pro Smartphone on 25th June.

Xiaomi had recently put out posters about both the devices on an official scale on the devices’ respective Weibo accounts.

This article combinates to sections- one for the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 and the other half for the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro Smartphone launch.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Launch Details:

Looking at the poster (which is in Chinese) that was officially put out by Xiaomi on their official Wiebo account, we get to learn that the event would be hosted on the 25th of June.Redmi 6 Pro SmartphoneWe could also see a single camera setup on the rear of the tablet- according to the poster.

Leaked Specifications Of Mi Pad 4:

Exactly like the Mi Pad 3, the brand new Mi Pad 4 would be retaining the 7.9-inch screen form factor which is mainly focused on easy one-handed usage.

Also, it is rumoured that the display might be of an 18:9 aspect ratio but there is no confirmed word on the same.

The display would be a Full HD Display like the Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 sported and also with a pixel density of 320 PPI (pixels-per-inch).

The Mi Pad 4 would house Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 processor under the hood which would be clocked at either 2.0GHz or 2.2GHz.

Although, we have no confirmed or even rumoured information about the internal storage and the ROM variants for the device.

Unlike the Mi Pad 3, the Mi Pad 4 is highly likely to have support for expandable storage via MicroSD card.

The device would be powered by a 6,000 mAh battery and a 3C certification for charging power up to 10W.

Talking about the cameras, the rear of the device would house a 13MP OmniVision OV13855 camera sensor and the front of the device would be a 5MP Samsung S5K5E8 sensor for seamless video calling.

Also, the device is expected to run Android 8.1 Oreo (MIUI based) out of the box.

Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro Smartphone Launch Details:

Looking at the poster (which is in Chinese) that was officially put out by Xiaomi on their official Weibo account, we get to learn that the event would be hosted on the 25th of June- very much likely to that of the Mi Pad 4 poster.

Also, the poster indirectly hints that the display would sport an aspect ratio of 19:9.

The image leaked clearly signifies a vertical dual camera setup which is a Dual 12MP shooter on the back and the front houses a 5MP shooter which is present in the notch area.

The device would sport a 5.84-inch display which would be a Full HD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels.

The device is expected in the following variants:

  • 16 GB storage + 2 GB RAM
  • 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM
  • 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM

Also, the storage is expandable via MicroSD support. The Redmi 6 Pro would run MIUI 10 (Android 8.1) out of the box.
